There are some things I don't fully understand of the license. If I were to publish a game with this songs, would I not be able to publish the source code of my game? Also, Am I allowed to used the song for non-gaming purposes? For instance, I'm giving virtual classes at the university, Am I allowed to used the song either as background during classes or before clases as I wait for my students to connect?

Answering your question about the publishing of your game's source code, you can publish your game's source code however you like to but redistribution of the audio is not allowed so you cannot provide the audio files along with your game's source code. However you can redirect the recipient of your game's source code to the music packs original url from which they can integrate the audio....
Also Feel free to use the music as background audio for your streams or online classes. Our packs are optimized for Game Development workflow but still can be used in different scenarios if you desire....
