Thanks for checking out our pack. About the file size, the models themselves are not that big in size. The textures make up 99% of the zip provided which contains 1K to 4K variants for multiple PBR workflows including PBR MetallicRoughness, UE4 Workflow, Unity HDRP, and Unity URP.
The 1K Variant of PBR Metallic Roughness with the Models is about 9MB in size.
